we can download videos from youtube without using any special apps . only you want to do is just follow the steps
step1: just get into the youtube with your mobile browser (opera mini, uc browser ,etc)
step 2: Then search the video that you want to download , and select it then the browser redirect it into
the video . We can see the video url in the adress bar of the browser it will be like this

step 3: then you want to edit that url . avoid m. from the url and add ss in the url in the place of m. and press go
step 4 : then you will be redirected to another page from there you can download the video
